The hunt for Geocaches the other day, led us to The Goat Walk in Topsham, Devon; where the stillness of the Exe Estuary, led the Small One to want to encourage me to throw pebbles into the still water.
I naturally obliged.
The two of us hanging out there, was one of those times where you are mentally dragged away from the pressures of work, that to do list of things of things to do at home disappears, and the existence of anything that drags you away from the moment is forgotten.
It’s arguably a little bit of heaven.
Thanks to the small one, wanting to make ripples in the stillness.
I love the idea of ripples int he stillness, it’s a beautiful photo.
I love spending time near water. Cool still ponds or lapping waves, there is something about water that really does take your cares away for a while. #mysundayphoto
Fab photo you could almost turn it upside down and not know which way was up #mysundayphoto
What a beautiful photo. It looks so tranquil and calm (until the ripples appear ;D) It makes me want to paint it!
