Here’s the thing. I’m not the fittest person. I quite like things like beer, pizza, and crisps.

IBS also sucks, and apparently exercise helps with it. (As well as helping a sense of overall sense of well-being)

So I figured “Why not?”

I didn’t run far.

But I guess it’s a start.

I’m going to go and ache now..

  1. Yes! I have a tip! While you may not want to spend huge amounts if this is a whole new thing for you, having the correct gear will put you in a more athletic frame of mind. You may find it encourages you to run more. Running tights and a running top with good trainers is all you need. best of luck.
